Rehearsal Plans

Well we are going to miss out on a rehearsal this week, but will pick up as scheduled on Monday the 31st. WWR kids will walk over immediately following school with Mrs. Crawford....and rehearsal will begin at 3:30 and finish by 6:30pm.

Rehearsal Today is a NO!

Due to incoming weather, there will be no rehearsals held for The Wizard of Oz. Please stay tuned to this site for updates in the coming days.

Rehearsal Today is a Yes!

All H.S. Cast in Act One only will have a rehearsal today in the Old Gym from 3:30-5:00. Be there is it is safe for you to travel.

TICKETS ARE ON SALE!!!

It's time!!! If there has ever been a moment to plan ahead, it is NOW!!!

With tickets now on sale seats begin filling and with only 300 tickets sold per performance buying tickets in advance becomes a necessity.

So... visit the Central High School front office and purchase your tickets any day during school hours. Tickets are $10 for adults, $8 for Students 5-17 (Elem. - H.S.) & Children 4 and under get in FREE! (Checks made payable to Central High School)

Performances are February 11th and 12th, 2011 @ 7:00pm and a Matinée February 13th @ 2:30pm. All performances are in the Old Gymnasium with general seating. Doors will open 30 prior to each performance.

Tickets may also be purchased by sending in payment with a student. Mr. May will be selling tickets too. Of course, if any tickets remain, they will be sold at the door at each performance.

With around 100 students involved in this year's production, there's no telling how many seats will be left. So don't risk it, treat yourself and the entire family to a night out at what is sure to be one of the best performances Central High School has ever seen!

Children's Audition Results Are IN!

After thorough deliberation, the cast list for children's roles in the musical have been decided. We wish we could have involved all children interested, but knew that the space limitations would not allow for it. We chose 21 children out of the 41 that auditioned. Thanks to everyone for coming out to give it your best.

If your child's name & audition number appear on the list below, then they have made it into the cast! Plan on attending all rehearsals. The first few rehearsals will occur on the Wednesdays of January (5th, 12th, 19th & 26th) from 6:00-7:30pm in the Band room at CHS. Please see the calendar at the bottom of this post and put ALL FEBRUARY rehearsals into your child's schedule.

Please verify that your child WILL be accepting their role in the musical by emailing me at nbmayemail@gmail.com . If I have not received an email from you by the new year, I will call you personally before I re-cast their spot.

Welcome

Central High School will present "The Wizard of Oz" for public performance Friday, February 11th and Saturday the 12th @ 7:00pm and Sunday the 13th for a matinee @ 2:30pm. All performances will be held in the Central High School Old Gymnasium on the stage.

Tickets will go on sale mid-January. Adults - $10, Students age 5 - H.S. - $8, Children 4 and under are FREE. General seating. Tickets are also available at the door.
